EUCARE is a joint initiative of the International League Against Epilepsy and the International Bureau for Epilepsy, whose goal is to raise the profile of epilepsy across Europe through research and political activity.

EUCARE advocates for increased public awareness of epilepsy and investment in research at the European Parliament through the Political Action Group.
Research in epilepsy
The first FONDE study centres have commenced pilot testing of the data collection software. The research programme will be launched across Europe in 2008.
